How shipping cost is calculated
Couriers charge on the greater of actual weight and volumetric weight (length × width × height in cm ÷ 5000), so a large but light box can be billed by its size. The single biggest lever you control is consolidation: shipping several items in one parcel is far cheaper than separate parcels. Three pairs of shoes ship free, and larger orders get wholesale pricing. For a realistic figure before you pay, run your parcel through the shipping calculator.
Tracking
Once your consolidated parcel is dispatched, tracking is typically issued within about two days and you can follow it from China to your door. If a tracking number is slow to update in the first 24-48 hours, that is normal while the courier scans the parcel into its network.
Customs & duties
Import duty and tax are set by your country, not by us, and are the buyer's responsibility unless you choose a duty-paid (DDP) line where available. EU and UK buyers who want predictable landed cost should ask about DDP options when requesting a quote. US buyers benefit from a relatively high de minimis allowance on lower-value parcels. We declare parcels accurately; we cannot advise misdeclaring value.
Consolidation: the biggest saving
If you take one thing from this page, make it consolidation. Shipping is priced largely by weight and box size, so combining several items into a single parcel is dramatically cheaper than sending each separately — a dozen garments together can cost a fraction of a dozen individual shipments. When you order multiple items, they collect at the warehouse and we ship them as one consolidated parcel. This is also why grouping a haul beats drip-buying single items: every separate parcel pays its own base freight. Plan your wishlist, order it together, and let consolidation do the work.
What affects your shipping price
Four things move the number: total weight, parcel dimensions (volumetric weight can exceed actual weight for bulky-but-light boxes), destination country, and service speed. Heavier categories like sneakers and outerwear cost more to send than light clothing, which is why mixing a few heavy items with lighter ones in one box is efficient. Faster express lines cost more than economy; if you are not in a rush, the slower service can save meaningfully. The shipping calculator lets you test all four variables before you commit, so there are no surprises when the quote arrives.
