How it works: from find to your door in 5 steps

The five steps

Step 1 — pick a find

Browse the Yupoo catalog by category, or use any Taobao, Weidian or 1688 link you already have. Check the album photos before committing, and note the price reference so the quote holds no surprises.

Step 2 — get an all-in quote

Send the product to us on WhatsApp. We confirm stock and reply with the full price — product, fee and expected shipping to your country — so you can decide before any money moves.

Step 3 — confirm and pay

Once you approve the quote, payment is made and the item is purchased from the seller, then delivered to the agent's warehouse in China to await QC.

Step 4 — QC and approve

You receive QC photos or a video of your actual item. Inspect against our QC checklist and approve only if it passes — nothing ships without your go-ahead.

Step 5 — consolidate, ship and track

Consolidate multiple approved items into one parcel to keep freight low, choose your courier, and ship. Tracking arrives in about two days. Estimate the parcel first with the shipping calculator.

What you pay, and when

There is no upfront cost to browse or get a quote — you only pay once you approve the all-in price for your specific order. That price has three parts: the product cost from the seller, our handling, and international shipping to your country. You pay per order rather than topping up a wallet, which keeps things simple and means you are never holding a balance with us. For larger hauls we quote wholesale pricing, and three pairs of shoes ship free, so it is often worth grouping items into one order. If anything about a quote is unclear, ask before paying — we would rather explain a line item than have you guess.

How long the whole thing takes

A typical order runs like this: same-day to 48-hour quote on WhatsApp, purchase from the seller once you pay, a few days for the item to reach the warehouse, then QC photos for your approval, then dispatch with tracking issued in about two days. Express couriers (DHL/UPS) then take roughly 5-9 days to the US, UK and EU. End to end, a straightforward order is usually in your hands within a couple of weeks, with the variables being seller stock and how quickly you approve QC. If you are buying for a specific date, start early — the one thing that cannot be rushed is a seller restocking an out-of-stock item.
