How buying from the catalog works
The catalog is curated discovery, not a checkout. Each link opens a real Yupoo store's albums so you can judge a piece before committing. When you have a shortlist, send it to us on WhatsApp; we reply with an all-in quote covering product, fee and shipping to your country. After you approve and pay, the item is bought and delivered to the agent's China warehouse, where you receive QC photos to inspect — see our QC checklist — and only on your approval does it ship. Consolidate several items into one parcel to keep freight low, and use the shipping calculator to estimate before you pay.
If a store is empty or locked
Yupoo sellers sometimes clear an album or set a password. If any link here opens empty or asks for a password, just skip it and message us — the same models are stocked by multiple factories, so we can almost always point you to an equivalent active store at a similar price. Availability is rarely a dead end; it is usually a redirect to a comparable option.
How shipping works
Once you approve the QC photos, we ship your order directly to your door by DHL, UPS or FedEx — no third-party agent in between, which keeps freight cheap and tracking simple. We consolidate multiple items into one parcel to lower cost, and tracking is issued about two days after dispatch.
